Elders / Coleaders

Elder is earned at 500 donations within a cycle. It takes 300 every cycle thereafter to maintain elder status.

Elder expectations are fairly easy:

• Maintain a drama free environment in clan chat
• If someone can't / won't be decent get another elder to agree that they should be kicked
• Don't make the problem worse by threatening to kick, or debating it in chat
• Simply post 'Can I get a second?' - every elder should know this is a request for agreement for a boot.
• If you get a second, boot them. If not, drop it.
• Accept new people and go over the rules with them. Keep in mind that we NEVER  kick someone to make space for recruiting.

Coleaders do everything an Elder does and additionally: help with war donations, sending clan mails, posting on this blog and helping the rest of the clan get better.

The leader handles violations of war rules, donation issues and struggles daily to keep looking so damn handsome.
